Lead and direct the accounting activities of the department.
Support leadership team on special projects and analysis as required along with any other job-related activities as requested.
Assistant the CFO office with finance diligence and SOX controls related to M&A activities.
Perform general accounting and other related duties in the daily administration of the accounting department.
Assist with external or internal audits by providing supporting documentation as needed.
Own the documentation of accounting policies and procedures that ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles.
Collaborate with cross-border teams to assess and implement the accounting implications of new business initiatives and transactions in both China and the US
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related areas from an accredited university.
English language fluency with bilingual language skill in Mandarin (speak and listen) is a must.
Five or more years overall accounting related experience and work familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
Experience in a public company is preferred, particularly in pre- and post-merger integrations. Knowledge of SOX compliance is also desirable.
