The headquarter located in the City of Industry. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are growing our sales department and are looking for professional B2B sales associate to our fast growing team immediately.
Job Tasks:
- Customer Management of all House Accounts
- B2B Platform Sales
- Introductory & follow up calls to new customers
- Provide B2B platform training to new customers
- Prospect new customers
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between customers and operation team
- Introduce new products from our B2B platform to customers
Preferred Experience:
- Relevant B2B e-commerce experience
- Experience in customer service, cold calling and sales
- Experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair and similar marketplaces
- Experience in Furniture industry
Preferred Skills:
- Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- Sales tactics and negotiations
- Self-starter with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Bi-Lingual Mandarin Chinese is a must
