B2B Sales Professional 
Job Tasks:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to expand our customer base.
  • Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Engage with prospective customers, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-up to close deals.
  • Customer Training: Provide onboarding and platform training to new customers, ensuring they fully leverage our B2B tools.
  • Product Introduction: Introduce new products and features from our extensive platform to existing and potential clients.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our operations team to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Preferred Experience:
  • Furniture Industry Expertise: Prior experience in furniture retail or sales is a strong plus!
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Knowledge of B2B platforms and e-commerce sales processes.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Proven experience in client-facing roles involving customer service and sales
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong sales tactics and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter mindset with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Preferred Education:
College degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
