Business Data Analyst

Job Duties:

l Conduct data extraction, manipulation, and generate reports based on data samples using SQL queries (Database reporting & management Software) software like Google Big Query; Using Tableau and Google Looker Studio (data visualization tools) to develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior leadership; Pulling, joining, re-shaping, and analyzing large, disparate, and complex datasets on Amazon AWS; Partner with Product Teams to develop and implement cross-product data analytic strategies leveraging Google Analytics Suite;

l Train Project Managers and Clients to work with website reporting portals and dashboards about how to get information from statistical numbers and charts; Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analytics to identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups utilizing Excel and Pivot tables; Continuously evaluate and improvement of technology and process gaps, data maturity, platform modernization, technology adoptions, and digital transformation;

l Design and develop complex data models for data analysis to provide business intelligence necessary for supporting the goals, strategies, and objectives of the business; Evaluate and enhance the performance of statistical methods and performance of statistical methods and procedures by applying advanced programming procedures to validate data.
