Public Relations Specialist

Job Duties:

l Research media and industry trends and identify media coverage opportunities that will support Gigacloud's growth and expansion goals；Research, execute and coordinate projects to advance Gigacloud's brand reputation and public relations impact；Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors;

l Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with Gigacloud's public relations efforts; Prepare written materials in multiple styles for different audiences and channels while communicating consistent and core messages; work closely with internal stakcholders to understand the target audience, brand messaging and key business objectives to produce effective communication materials Conduct research and interviews to gather information and insights for content development; Manage Gigacloud's social calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery;

l Coordinate project activities internally with the team and externally with the clients and agency; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication and managing client expectations; Manage the coordination and execution of company and client events such as press conferences, investor day, and product launches.
