GigaCloud 2025 Supplier Payment Timeliness Report

To assess payment timeliness, our Finance Department conducts a thorough annual review of the prior year’s supplier payments based on contractual due dates. In 2025, the scope of the self-assessment was further expanded beyond suppliers with payment terms to also include suppliers without payment terms. The review process included reconciling each payment transaction and sending confirmation requests to suppliers for validation.

By the end of April 2026, we had completed the comprehensive self-assessment for supplier payments made in 2025 based on contractual due dates. We issued confirmation letters to 872 suppliers, including 768 suppliers with payment terms — a 26% increase from the prior year — and newly expanded the review to cover 104 suppliers without payment terms.

The self-assessment showed continued improvement in payment timeliness. A total of 52 suppliers experienced delayed payments, representing 5.96% of all suppliers reviewed, with late payments totaling approximately US$2.3 million, or 0.59% of total supplier payments in 2025.

On a comparable basis limited to suppliers with payment terms, delayed-payment suppliers declined to 28, representing 3.65% of suppliers reviewed, while late payments decreased to approximately US$1.35 million, or 0.38% of related supplier payment volume. In comparison, the same metrics were 39 suppliers and US$2.25 million in 2024, representing 6.41% and 0.64%, respectively. All comparable indicators improved year over year.

For all payments made after their contractual due date, interest is calculated based on the number of delayed days at an annual rate of 4.60%, derived from the 1-month U.S. Treasury yield of 3.60% as of December 31, 2025, plus a 1% premium. Accrued interest will be paid in installments, with all payments expected to be completed by July 31, 2026.

Beyond the supplier payment timeliness review detailed here, the Company has initiated a self-assessment of payment timeliness for 29 logistics-service providers, further strengthening our commitment to sound financial practices.
